What is your Distance, Near or Intermediate prescription?

For distance glasses choose the “Distance” line on our spectacle ordering form. For intermediate type “Distance” prescription in and then type in the intermediate add into the box provided. For reading glasses you type in the “Distance” prescription followed by the reading add power in the box provided. If you need any advice about which line is appropriate, please ask your optician at the time of the eye test.
