All our glasses are checked by our technicians so they are accurate to the prescription glasses details given by you. The glasses lenses are checked for any scratches or faults in the lenses. In the unlikely event that your spectacles arrive with a defect, we will replace them free of charge. Please call us within 14 days of dispatch of your spectacles and we will replace or give a full refund. What’s more, we offer a 12 month guarantee from the date of purchase on all of our frames. Should your glasses become defective within this period we will supply you with a brand new pair. We do not offer refunds on postage and packaging or prescription lenses once ordered as the lenses are made specifically to your entered prescription. Your statutory rights are not affected by our guarantee and refund policy.
