Return Policy

If you found the eye glasses you received did not match with the description, you can ask for a refund. A refund can be requested after the supplier has shipped your order. You must request your refund within 30 days of delivery. To submit a Refund Request, click “Request Refund” on the Order Details page. If the supplier agrees to the Refund Request, money will be refunded to the buyer. However, if the supplier rejects the Refund Request, we encourage suppliers and buyers to talk with each other to solve any problems that may have arisen.
Process for a return

You should contact us online or by phone or emails if you want to propose a return. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that item for example the freshwater pearl showing any signs of wearing or those that have been altered, resized, or damaged in any way that you cannot accept. Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Engraved wedding rings may be returned, however, the engraving fee is non-refundable. Remember that you should write a return code; pack the item according to our standards when you return that to us. Returns with no return code, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be rejected.
Three Steps for a Return

To return glasses item, please follow our three steps: First, Prepare Your Return Authorization Code. Call us and you will be given a Return Authorization Code. Write this code on the return sticker found at the bottom of your original invoice. Affix the sticker to the outside of the box you are returning.Second, Package Your Return. Please include all original packaging and collateral material. If your item was delivered with a pearl certificate and that certificate is not returned, you may be responsible for the replacement cost.Third, Insure Your Package. On your invoice, if the price of the item you're returning is listed as: Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.
For Orders More than $500

More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached us. More than $25,000: High value returns often require special arrangements. We recommend contacting our Jewelry Consultant to receive assistance and suggested methods to return your purchase.
